If you are not completely satisfied with the items you have purchased from IkonCycles.com, simply give us a call. Let’s talk about it. Maybe we can help with a problem. Or if there is a need for return, let us know which item(s) you would like to return. We have a “No Hassle” return policy. We will accept these returns within 10 days from the date of your invoice. Let us know what you’d like to do: re-order or return.

Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that buying mail-order can be filled with uncertainty. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, give us a call. We will set up a return, and you are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price of the returned items minus shipping charges. Make your return within 10 days of the date on your invoice. Please keep the product in its original unused / uninstalled condition. You must first obtain a return authorization from us before you can return an item.

Conditions for cash refund

We will provide a free exchange or issue a full refund for all non-clearance items received within 30 days of when the items were shipped, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and free of defects. Items received after 30 days but within 60 days will qualify for store credit. For exchanges, you may still return the item within 30 days of when you received the exchanged item.  Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a defective product, you must notify us within three days of receiving the product to be eligible for a return. If you do not follow this policy, we will only accept defective items at our discretion.
