Returns and Exchanges

IkonCycles will pay the cost of any item that is delivered to you in error. If an item should be delivered to you in error, please log in to your account on our site and complete the return authorization procedure below:

1. Please log in to your account.  If you have not created one, you may contact us to have us set one up for you and process your return.
2. Once you are logged in, you will be able to view your orders by clicking on the orders link in the My Accont box on the lef hand side of the page.  
3. Select the link to the order that you have items that you want to return by clicking the order number.
4. At the top of the order screen you will see a link to create a return authorization.  Click this and continue filling out and submittion the for for your return.
